I qualified initially as a Reflexologist 12 years ago, and working to balance the body's energies holistically is the focus of my work. It has led me to discover, practice and teach Indian Head Massage, Ayurvedic Facial Massage and Thai Foot Massage. My approach is client led and empathetic.

 

I have a special interest in working with children and babies, and teach baby and toddler massage with small groups and individual families.

 

After qualifying in Reflexology with the Association of Reflexologists, I have subsequently gained qualifications with VTCT and ITEC in Massage. I am a Reiki 2 Practitioner. As a qualified teacher (PGCE), I have taught VTCT Practitioner courses in Indian Head Massage at Weymouth College and for Dorset Adult Education. Delivering courses that are both local and tailor made for participants, I am delighted now to be working at the Diamond Doorway, behind the Dorset Pedlar in Bridport.
